WHAT WE DO AT FALCONHOMEWATCH
During your absence, we provide a comprehensive property monitoring service with an in-person visit to your home, complete with a detailed electronic date/time stamped inspection report, including photographs, delivered to your email on the same day of the inspection. All standard inspections in Charlotte County include:
**Interior Service Inspections:**
- Check for signs of forced entry, theft, or vandalism.
- Run the air conditioning to verify it is cooling and check temperature/humidity.
- Look for obvious signs of water damage on floors and ceilings.
- Verify the integrity of all doors and windows.
- Check refrigerator operation (if left on by owner).
- Run water in sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers to ensure drains are working properly and traps stay filled.
- Run garbage disposal to ensure it is functioning.
- Check the circuit breaker box for any tripped breakers or obvious abnormalities.
- Check hot water tank for leaks.
- Inspect the rear of toilets, sinks, and showers for leaks.
- Inspect the interior/exterior for any obvious insect infestation or pest presence.
- Check for unusual odors.
- Photograph as necessary or as requested.
**Exterior Service Inspections:**
- Conduct a visual inspection of the home exterior.
- Look for broken or inoperative exterior lighting.
- Perform a visual check of landscaping.
- Look for broken windows, theft, or vandalism.
- Pick up mail and packages, remove door hangers and newspapers.
- Check screens and porch enclosures for tears or damage.
- Conduct a visual check of pool water level and cleanliness.
- Put trash cans away after homeowners' departure.
- Photograph as necessary or as requested.
**Post Storm Inspection**
